Congratulations. Is Illinois unique in having a 4 season climate? You also failed to dispute even one of the facts he listed about what an abhorrent state the state of Illinois' finances are, or provide even one suggestion as to a solution. Your blog entry is specious at best. It can be summed up with '...well, where will he go (if) when Texas' political climate erodes?' One potential answer: Another country. Why not?
